Snapshots: Rural train station

I snapped this photo at the train station in Asanaro, a sleepy location near Kagekawa.
There was nothing there but a track, and a slab of concrete. No ticket machine, no gates, no attendant.

Now that weather is cooler, the summer haze has given over to clear skies.

Mt. Fuji is a daily sight.
